Construction services

Our Construction Services combine expertise from multiple service groups within the Unified Testing family including our Engineering & Environmental Group, as well as, our NDE Group.  From the Environmental side we offer various services related to this field, such as, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Storm Water Management, and Asbestos Identification, Management and Design.  From the NDE Service Group we offer Structural Steel Inspections including fabrication shop inspections, as well as, in-process field inspections.   The construction industry is in the midst of developmental changes requiring a higher level of quality, workmanship, and accountability.  To assist the industry in meeting these needs, Unified Testing has invested in personnel capable of carrying out these inspections.  Currently, we have on staff multiple level III NDE Technicians, Certified Welding Inspectors, and International Code Counsel Special Inspectors for welding and bolting.  Through these multiple discipline services, we are able to assist owners, lending institutions, architects, and developers with the critical processes associated with the construction industry today.
